Terms and Conditions

1. Liability

1.1.Guest Responsibility: Creati Hogar is not responsible for any physical damage, illness, accident, or injury that may occur to guests during their stay at our properties, including any activities conducted on the premises.

1.2.Psychological or Emotional Damages: Creati Hogar is not liable for psychological or emotional damages that may result from the guest's stay at our vacation homes.

1.3.Insurance and Personal Liability: All guests are advised to have adequate travel insurance covering accidents, illnesses, and any other unforeseen events that may occur during their stay.

2. Property Usage Rules

2.1.No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside Creati Hogar properties. Guests who violate this rule will be responsible for additional cleaning costs or any damage caused by smoke.

2.2.Check-in and Check-out Times: The established check-in time is at 2:00 PM, and check-out at 11:00 AM. Guests are requested to respect these schedules to facilitate property cleaning and maintenance.

2.3.Appropriate Behavior: Guests must maintain respectful behavior toward neighbors and Creati Hogar staff. Excessive noise, parties, or any disruptive activities are prohibited.

2.4.Responsible Use of Property: Guests are responsible for properly using facilities, appliances, and furniture. Any damage to the property must be reported immediately and will be the guest's responsibility to cover repair or replacement costs.

3. Payment Policies

3.1.Payment Policy: Full payment for the reservation must be made before the arrival date, according to the terms established at the time of booking.

3.2.Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations made with less than 7 days' notice will not be refunded. Cancellations made with more than 7 days' notice will be eligible for a 50% refund.

4. Privacy

4.1.Personal Data Security: Creati Hogar is committed to protecting the privacy of guests' personal data in accordance with current data protection laws.

5. Terms Acceptance

5.1.Acceptance: By confirming the reservation, the guest fully accepts these terms and conditions and agrees to comply with all established rules.
